18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

FansChart is a promotional directory. It does not produce, create, or host sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Imagery published on FansChart is non-explicit (promotional / SFW); any explicit content is located on the third-party platforms we link to, not here.

With respect to any imagery we do publish, all persons depicted were at least 18 years of age at the time of production, and we obtain confirmation of age and authorization to use promotional imagery from the creators or their representatives before listing them.

For sexually explicit content that appears on the third-party platforms reachable through our links, the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A are maintained by the respective producers/operators of those platforms, which are the producers of that content.
